FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The details prospective resellers ask about most.

These answers describe the planned founding-program framework. Your approved participation model and current written agreement will control if program terms change.

01
PRODUCTS & STORAGE

What will I be selling?

Which products are included in the initial launch?

The initial lineup includes Wasabi’s Beef ’N Bone and Wasabi’s Complete in 16-pack offerings. The current suggested retail prices are $150 and $180, respectively. Availability and specifications may change as the program develops.

Why do both products currently use similar photography?

Current photography represents both offerings while distinguishing packaging for Wasabi’s Complete is finalized. Approved resellers will receive current product specifications, labels, images, and selling guidance.

How must products be stored and handled?

Resellers who hold inventory must follow Wasabi’s current storage, handling, inventory-rotation, packaging, and product-quality guidance. Final requirements are provided during onboarding and may vary by product.

Can I repackage or relabel the product?

Not without prior written approval. Authorized resellers must preserve approved packaging, labels, product claims, and brand presentation unless Wasabi’s provides written instructions otherwise.

02
ORDERING & FULFILLMENT

How does product reach the customer?

What participation models are available?

There are two partnership paths. Authorized Resellers may use wholesale delivery, onsite pickup, or approved drop shipping. Creator & Affiliate Partners refer customers through a unique tracked link or code while Wasabi’s controls checkout and fulfillment.

Are there minimum wholesale orders?

Qualifying order minimums and any volume tiers will be shared with approved applicants before they commit. They may differ by product, delivery method, capacity, and launch phase.

Who pays shipping or delivery costs?

For wholesale delivery, applicable inbound shipping charges are generally part of the reseller’s economics. For onsite pickup, the reseller manages transportation. For drop shipping, customer-facing shipping and fulfillment terms are set by Wasabi’s. Exact charges are confirmed in current program terms.

Who handles damaged shipments, returns, and customer concerns?

Responsibility depends on the participation model and the cause of the issue. Resellers managing inventory generally provide front-line customer service; Wasabi’s manages fulfillment-related support for eligible drop-shipped orders. Current reporting deadlines, documentation, return eligibility, credits, and replacement rules will be included in the reseller agreement or operating guide.

03
PRICING & EARNINGS

How does the reseller make money?

What price does a wholesale reseller charge?

Wholesale resellers generally sell at Wasabi’s current suggested retail price and earn the difference between the customer product price and their approved wholesale cost, before expenses. Resellers should use only promotions or discounts approved by Wasabi’s and clearly disclose permitted shipping or delivery charges.

How are drop-shipping resellers paid?

For eligible drop-shipped sales, Wasabi’s controls the customer-facing product price and fulfills the order. The reseller earns the approved commission on eligible net product sales under the current commission schedule.

Why are wholesale prices and commission rates not shown publicly?

Those terms may depend on qualification, volume, reseller model, affiliate attribution rules, fees, capacity, and launch stage. Qualified applicants receive the applicable economics before signing an agreement, placing an order, or beginning promotion.

Are earnings guaranteed?

No. Results depend on customer demand, sales activity, product availability, pricing, returns, fees, taxes, shipping, and the reseller’s own operating expenses. Each applicant should independently evaluate the opportunity.

04
SUPPORT & MARKETING

What does Wasabi’s provide?

Will I receive product and program training?

Approved resellers complete onboarding that may include product education, storage and handling guidance, ordering procedures, brand expectations, customer communication, and model-specific operating instructions.

What marketing resources are included?

Available resources may include approved logos, product images, product descriptions, educational materials, social-media content, selling guidance, and program updates. The resource library will expand as the founding program develops.

Can I create my own advertisements or product claims?

Resellers may create local marketing within Wasabi’s brand and claim guidelines. Materials that alter product claims, packaging, pricing, or brand positioning may require approval before publication.

Can I sell through any website, marketplace, or retail location?

No channel is automatically approved. Applicants should identify where and how they plan to sell. Wasabi’s will confirm eligible channels during qualification and may restrict particular marketplaces, territories, or sales practices.

05
CREATOR & AFFILIATE PARTNERS

How do tracked referrals work?

Is the affiliate path the same as being an Authorized Reseller?

No. An Authorized Reseller takes an active role in selling through an approved reseller model. A Creator & Affiliate Partner refers customers to Wasabi’s through a unique tracked link or code; Wasabi’s remains the seller and handles checkout and fulfillment.

How does an affiliate sale receive credit?

Credit is based on the assigned tracking method and the attribution rules in the current affiliate agreement. Those rules will address matters such as eligible links or codes, attribution windows, competing referrals, excluded transactions, cancellations, and returns.

What does the creator need to disclose?

Creator & Affiliate Partners must clearly disclose their material relationship with Wasabi’s wherever required and follow applicable platform rules, advertising requirements, approved product claims, and Wasabi’s brand guidance.

Who handles the customer order?

Wasabi’s controls the product price and checkout, collects payment, holds inventory, ships the order, and manages order-related customer service. The creator’s role is education, promotion, and referral—not resale or fulfillment.

06
QUALIFICATION & TERMS

What happens before launch?

Who should apply?

Strong reseller candidates include breeders and kennels, trainers, pet-service professionals, retailers, and community-based entrepreneurs. Strong creator affiliate candidates have a relevant, engaged audience and can promote Wasabi’s consistently and responsibly.

Does applying guarantee approval?

No. Wasabi’s reviews each applicant’s audience, experience, sales or referral plan, capacity, location, brand alignment, and preferred partnership path. An application may advance, be held for a later phase, or be declined.

Will resellers receive exclusive territories?

Territory protection or exclusivity is not automatic. Geographic coverage, proximity to other resellers, performance expectations, launch capacity, and any protected territory must be confirmed in writing.

What agreements are required?

Approved resellers must sign the current reseller agreement and applicable model policies. Approved creator affiliates must sign the current affiliate agreement before using tracking links, codes, confidential commission information, or partner materials.

Can I change reseller models later?

A model change may be considered based on performance, operational readiness, capacity, and program availability. Wasabi’s must approve the change before the reseller begins operating under the new model.
