This Privacy Policy applies to resellers.wasabispet.com, the Wasabi’s Authorized Reseller and Creator & Affiliate Partner application, and related program communications. It does not govern purchases made through Wasabi’s primary online store or the practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a partner application or contact us, we may collect information you provide, including:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, city, and state.
• Your business or brand name, website, applicant type, professional experience, and primary market.
• Your preferred partnership path or reseller model.
• Social-media, store, business, channel, or audience information and links.
• Your descriptions of your audience, interest in Wasabi’s, and proposed promotion or sales plan.
• Your application acknowledgments and communications with our team.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, health information, account passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the application.

3. Technical information

Our hosting, form-processing, email, font, and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the site or submit the form. This may include your IP address, browser or device type, referring page, access time, and security or diagnostic information. Such information may be used to operate the site, deliver submissions, prevent spam or fraud, and maintain security.

The application is submitted through Formspree, a third-party form-processing provider. Formspree processes and stores form submissions and may collect related technical information to deliver and secure its service. Formspree’s handling of information is also governed by its Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain application and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer the program, consider future opportunities, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The Partner Program and application are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit partner applications from children.
